Camp Moogerah


Camp Moogerah is located 1 1/2 hours from Brisbane on the shores of scenic Lake Moogerah Dam.

This campsite is great for a large range of camps and activities.

   


At a very affordable price this campsite sleeps up to 270 people in dormitory accomodation with options for overflow of campers into tent and caravan sites. 

There are many facilities available both on site and in surrounding areas. 




Onsite facilities include
  • basketball/tennis/volleyball/netball
    courts
  • sporting ovals with night lights,
  • table tennis,
  • bushwalking,
  • bbq/picnic areas,
  • meeting/conference/dining rooms
  • access to the dam,
  • 4 hole golf course
  • high and low ropes courses with accredited instructors who are also qualified and experienced in runing leadership camps for your shool/group if so desired.  
  • soon to be introduced rock climbing wall
  • Higher Ground is a Christ-centred community which exists to encourage personal growth & self-discovery through the challenge of adventure. Higher Ground offers a wide range of services in the areas of outdoor education and adventure based programming.
